This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through BuildTrack, operated by PM Tools by a PM. We want you to be satisfied with your experience, and this policy outlines when and how refunds are handled.
💡 Short version: We offer a 7-day refund on first-time subscriptions if the product doesn't meet your needs. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
BuildTrack subscriptions (Starter, Pro, and Agency plans) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Refunds are issued in USD. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or differences.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of your account. We will provide full documentation to your bank in the event of a dispute.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
